guilt gone

Putting things away today and I ran across a great shame in my life. I borrowed the hard back edition of Lord of the Rings in college. These were part of the original print run in the us. Well I loved the big maps in hardbacks and one fell out when I was reading it. I've felt guilt because by the time I had found it I could not easily return it. I could of but it would of been hard. So I just felt guilty. I came across it and in a catharsis I share my shame with bunny. Once I show him the map he goes "Oh cool. That's from the Silmarillion." I just happen to own the hard back Simarillion and the map was mine.... so for years the guilt I had was invalidated in seconds... an odd feeling. Back to unpacking having a friend coming over tomorrow and need to get my naughty place* ready.
* Note: my naughty place is where I have a cigar and scotch. Nothing to do with sex.%
% Note: I don't find sex to be dirty or naughty. #
# Note: please diregard my silly attempts at humor. I'm often not good at it.
PS Why does Tolkin use the word "queer" about 20 times in the first book of the Lord of the Rings???
