I got up to above 1200 words and then stopped. The big reason? Well I had no outline or story. So as I simply sat down to write I started up a story about a human ranger going after some orcs in a forest. The POV would change to an orc ranger watching him. My story would have the two rangers falling in love and then striking back against the humans who were clear cutting forests to build ships to conquer other lands. I didn't get that far. I cut back to when the human ranger was younger and out with his dad and his ranger partner. Then it progressed until they would have had a three way gay ranger hump. I ended the scene with them all cuddling together.
So who knows, maybe I can write up an outline for next year. An orc-human love, environmentalist, gay and fantasy novel that apparently I had on the top of my mind.
