Rant: Windows Mobile

I have one user with a windows mobile device. Getting it to check his exchange email is a melange of agony and security certificates. The same procedure on an IPhone? About thirty seconds. On a blackberry? A few minutes. I really hope a later version of windows mobile dropped the entire active sync exchange connector and do what everyone else does... just access every thing like your checking your email via a web page.

It also doesn't help the the user likes to say things like "Shouldn't just work? It's a Microsoft phone talking to a Microsoft server." Makes me want to scream and say mean things about him.
