Like a deer in headlights....

...so was my look when I signed a piece of paper saying I accepted the counter offer. So bunny and I are soon to be home owners. Let me rephrase that. Bunny and I will soon live in a house that we'll be paying off for the next thirty years. Meeep! Well my excuse for angst is over. I'm glad this house worked out. I was to the point that I was almost ready to give up. Well more details later. Still have home inspection. If he finds something horribly wrong, we can still back out or the current owners can have it fixed.
