Wii are excited and NOA service is the best

Well I'm all excited about the Wii. So in the frenzy building up to Sunday I emailed Nintendo a few weeks ago about getting a component video cable. I know the Wii is not a HD gaming system, but 480p is so much better than 480i! I was starting to get worried because I've not read that the cables would be avalible for sale anywhere. So I just got this email from NOA....

So I called right after I got this email. The nice Nintendo rep had to put me on fold for five minutes, but get got his parts DB updated and the cable will be on its way. Now to just find a Wii on Sunday. Here is to camping!

Maybe not. After convincing myself that I absolutely do not need a Nintendo DS under any circumstances, a week with a borrowed DS and Advance Wars has weakened my resolve.

I do kinda find it funny that the anticipation for the Wii seems to quite drown out that for the PSIII>....it does seem like the latter is gonna end up being the geek's machine or the Neo Geo of its time...and the Wii is gonna be the one that is well loved. Good luck to ya :)

Thanks, i do want a PS3, but I can wait on that. It's going to be impossible to get one, there are so few for release day.
