I've tried those and they do help. They are not as good as a decongestant though. I should go to the doctor and get a prescription for beconase, or some other mucus control spray. It works perfectly well. What I don't like is the idea that I need to take a drug indefinitely to control a body function. I should get used to it, because taking medication is what keeps people living longer and longer.
