Wii play, wii fun
Nov. 20th, 2006 08:30 amWell, I got a Wii. After five and a half hours in line, in 6 degree weather (metric rules!)
Well was it worth it? I say yes. First of all it's very intuitive. You just move your controller. It's harder to let go of your old conventions than to really play. A Good example would be Sunday morning when coffee Barb from the coast did well at Tennis and her 18 year old daughter didn't get it. She got it in ten seconds, but still her mom was faster.
Monkey ball was good, Bunny likes Madden, and Zelda is awesome, but about an hour in it got all Okami on me, but it's not the same game.
So any one coming to the roost/burrow for the fall feast (commonly called Thanksgiving) can enjoy the wii. By the way, if you live out of town and will be in the area for Thanksgiving and need some food, let me know.
