Vote!

Saw three county commissioners on my way into work. They were all waving and it took me a moment after I passed each group that the person running was standing waving to me. Thanks to oregon's vote by mail I voted weeks ago. So no help to see you out there now.

Secondly, last night was the second trip to the gym. Yep, two miles of walking to get to the gym and back and weight training. It's hard to start out on such low weights, but it's a very local gym that's not that busy. So no one looks at you, no one laughs when you change the weight from 150 to 40 pounds on the machine, and everyone just works out.
