Happiness is walking into work and the voice mail light is off

This weekend was good. Roll playing with the burning wheel system. That's fun in its own, but I'm also playing an ex-military guy who is resigned to death and looking for something to live for. How's that for a contradiction to make for good role playing? Then played Tigris & Euphrates, a great four player game that is complex enough to keep me interested. Just wished it was easier to explain how to play. Sunday was a do nothing day. I read in the back yard and had a cigar. I know, but having a cigar is a once a month thing. Tonight going to see Laurie Anderson in Seattle. Full report when I wake up tomorrow.
