Real and Pretend
Jan. 19th, 2004 02:15 pmI'm sick again today. I think it's allergies because it's not going away. Hacking up phlegm is no fun.
At any rate, all the talk about violence and sex on TV and video game influences people to do bad things yet the same society expects that little kids know the difference between real and make believe when they are around 5-8 years old? I'm all for a return to personal responsibility. I'm in control of my life and how I react to things (or at least I try my hardest to be and am not happy when I'm loose control.) Is that too much to ask of others?
