Well bunny and I are official home owners now. Sunday and Monday was painting, painting, and more painting. I'm very tired. We have before and will post once things have settled a bit. Right now my body aches and I have two more hours of work before heading to the new place to do more work. It just feels good to work on something that has meaning for you.

Congrats! May your property value increase. Or decrease if you want less taxes. Whichever works.

Thank you. I'm thinking a slow increase so we can build equity, but slow enough that the taxes will not go up dramatically. Part of what makes the house so great is that the taxes on it are low (comparatively speaking.)
