It works well for me, but after a week of being on it, I find it very hard to keep hydrated. Being hopped up on what is a form of speed for a week also starts messing with my body. That's why I'm thinking that taking an antihistamine or an anti-inflammatory like beconase. It will help keep things in control over a longer term.
