Bah! I'm heading out to buy it, regardless. They did SOOOOO much cah-ching$ in their first few days that it's worth it to me to support this model of distribution and entertainment, even if the music turns out to be crap. But from what I've heard, I actually liken it to the "Don't Be Afraid" album by Information Society, which was vastly different than the usual InSoc stuff, but which I found to be deeply satisfying, haunting, and just plain wonderful.
